Are you insured?

Yes, absolutely!

Can you handle my low light/no light situation?

Of course! We are equipped to handle pretty much any lighting situation. We have extensive experience working with off-camera lighting systems, including continuous and strobe lighting. We can shoot any time of day, but some situations are usually a little easier to manage and we’re happy to help guide you in selecting a time based on the natural light available.

Do you use cameras with dual memory slots in case something happens to one? How do you securely back up photos?
 
Absolutely! The camera bodies we use have dual card slots so as we’re photographing your day there’s an immediate backup on the second memory card. All cards are kept secure in a waterproof, shockproof case until they can be saved on our main editing PC. Once saved, the photos are then backed up to a secondary hard drive in the computer, and then again to two additional external hard drives, and lastly to a cloud service. If one of them fails, we have multiple recovery options.

Will you travel to XXXX?

ABSO-LUTELY. Our primary service area is the Carolinas because that’s where we’re based, but we are always down to travel, and would love to document your most important moments in the location you love most!
